The Firm is a national commercial real estate brokerage and advisory practice - founded by brokers, owned by its principals, and built for the next generation of CRE professionals and the clients they serve.
Origin
The Firm was founded in Scottsdale, Arizona on a simple thesis: the best commercial real estate advice comes from brokers who own their book - not from employees of national platforms whose incentives diverge from their clients'.
We were built to be the inverse of the publicly-traded brokerage model. Our brokers are principals, not employees. They own their relationships, their pipeline, and their equity in the firm. That alignment is the durable competitive advantage.
Decades of combined experience working with owners, tenants, institutions, public and private corporations, developers, and investors - translated into an advisory practice that prioritizes long-relationship outcomes over single-transaction commissions.

Hannah leads platform strategy, capital markets coordination, and broker-partner development across the firm's national footprint.
A Summa Cum Laude engineering graduate of Arizona State University, Hannah built The Firm to be the brokerage platform she wanted to operate on - an independent, broker-owned alternative to the publicly-traded national platforms.
